The first Ciocca website was built by JH Specialty in late 2009. By 2020, to say the site was in need of an overhaul, was a fair statement. Design, development, technology and user experience evolve and Ciocca needed a site that evolved with their own growing business.
The focus was on their core competencies - cleaning and restoration - with a desire to get customers to call for more information. This lead to a clean (no pun intended) looking site that users can easily find the information they need.
Additionally, the need to focus on a new piece of equipment which is capable of inactivating the coronavirus in medical and commercial buildings was very important. The ability to highlight this new machinery has set Ciocca up well for a new Google Ads campaign to help spread the word about their cleaning abilities.
