JH Achieves Women's Fund Partner Award

JH participated in the Women's Fund of Greater Fort Wayne questionnaire for Women in the Workplace Compass Survey. The survey aims to understand the landscape of women in leadership, compensation of women, benefits and policies available to women in the workforce, and equitable hiring and retention practices.

Honorees were invited to a luncheon to celebrate this year's employers who met or exceeded the criteria of at least one of the focus areas. The categories are:

  • Leadership
  • Compensation
  • Benefits & Policies
  • Recruitment & Retention

JH Team Accepting Women's Fund Award

JH is proud to have taken home a Partner Award for Exceeds Criteria in the Benefits & Policies category.

The Criteria for this category included:

  • Offering 5 of 8 financial or retirement benefits
  • Offering 9 of 17 benefits supporting caregiving and safety [JH offers 12!]
  • Having a zero-tolerance policy for sexism and harassment

To meet Exceeds Criteria, businesses must:

  • Meet qualifying criteria above
  • Employees automatically enrolled in retirement contributions
  • Minimum two weeks paid family or parental leave (separate from PTO)

JH was 1 of 13 businesses who achieved Exceeds Criteria for the Benefits & Policies category.
