Project Manager - Promotional Products
Project ManagementWe are looking for a Project Manager to join our Promotional Products team at JH Specialty. As a Project Manager in our Promo Division, you will assume a key role in managing diverse aspects of our operations. This includes overseeing the creation and implementation of client company stores, facilitating JH Promo e-commerce transactions ensuring excellent customer service, and actively supporting the sales and project teams in driving projects from initial concept to successful completion. This multifaceted position demands a candidate with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit to contribute to the seamless execution of projects within our dynamic industry.

Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience, preferred.
- Excellent writing skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, required.
- Strong understanding of commonsku software, a plus.
- Experience in customer relationship management, preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in customer service and support, preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in project or program management, preferred.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Sales Support and Project Management: (75%)
- Serve as the subject matter expert on product options, vendor capabilities, and solutions to meet and exceed client expectations.
- Conduct product research and compile competitive pricing quotes for customer requests.
- Accurately create client sales orders, ensuring all supplier pricing is properly captured.
- Oversee the accurate and timely processing of client projects to meet deadlines.
- Submit orders to sales coordinators for production, ensuring all requirements are communicated clearly.
- Assist Production Manager on key client projects and presentations
- Meet or exceed monthly activity and sales goals established by management, contributing to client relationship development and sales growth.
- Facilitate the generation of new product ideas for Account Managers to drive account development.
- Coordinate the delivery of product spec samples to assist the sales team in client growth and project planning.
- Work with the creative team to develop and present artwork for client approval, ensuring brand alignment and quality.
- Attend client meetings to provide support and expertise, enhancing the sales team's effectiveness.
- Maintain continuous communication with suppliers to ensure orders are processed on time and free of errors.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support business operations and client satisfaction.
Brand Ambassador: (25%)
Key Responsibilities:
- Monthly Newsletter Creation: Design and distribute a concise, engaging e-newsletter featuring product highlights, industry trends, and relevant updates.
- Curated Product Presentations: Develop and present "Good, Better, Best" tiered recommendations for key categories:
- Apparel Categories: Polos, ¼ zips, t-shirts, and sweatshirts/hoodies
- Basic Shop: Curate everyday essentials with clear differentiation between quality levels.
- Supplier Coordination: Arrange supplier visits, ensuring that interactions are productive and informative. Compile and present follow-up materials for the internal team to enhance knowledge and client presentations.
- Seasonal/Event-Based Presentations: Create monthly or seasonal presentations that showcase trending products aligned with events or seasonal demands. These should be easily accessible for the team, with a flexible schedule based on team needs.

Communication: Communicates accurate and complete information in a timely and transparent manner. Ability to communicate effectively with clients, vendors and team members to ensure project success and superior service.
Time Management: Ability to jump from project to project and prioritize on-the-fly in an autonomous style. This role will be expected to juggle multiple projects at a time and deliver timely results.
Initiative: Makes proactive solution suggestions, driving processes independently and displays first-rate customer follow-up skills through attention to project details.

Subject Matter Expertise: Ability to apply a strong understanding of our in-house software and commonsku, and how this ultimately plays into a client focused strategy.
