Camelot Ridge Resort partnered with JH to create a custom video mailer that would reflect its luxury experience and make a lasting impression on prospective guests. The mailer features a large screen with a prerecorded message and controls to replay or fast forward the video and adjust the volume. Combining a physical mailer with video gives recipients a presentation they can revisit while considering a stay. Social media posts and email campaigns extend the promotion online, supporting the resort’s goal of increasing bookings.
