Cardinal Insulated Glass needed to attract qualified workers to its plant in Fremont, Indiana. JH developed a dedicated hiring microsite supported by a search engine marketing campaign. The site gives candidates access to job openings, pay and benefits, and information about working at the plant. Its responsive design allows prospective employees to explore those details from computers, tablets, and smartphones. Social media graphics extended the website’s visual theme across the campaign, with variations created for holidays.
