The One Who Makes It Happen
Allison joined JH in 2014 as a Project Manager supporting both promo and digital work. In 2020, she was promoted to Senior Project Manager focusing most of her time on digital projects. In 2022, she moved to the Director of Project Management role, where she managed web projects and people who manage web projects. Then in 2026 she assumed the role of VP of Project Operations, where she oversees projects and processes across both digital and promo divisions. She graduated from Indiana Tech with a Bachelors in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. Prior to joining JH, she spent 6 years in digital marketing focused on email, Google Ads, and affiliate program management.
Allison bridges the gap between our customers and our web team and merch vendors, making sure i’s are dotted, t’s are crossed, and that we deliver on our promises. Her passion for organization and process improvement ensures we are efficiently and empathetically serving our clients with creative solutions. Outside of work, you'll find her reading, vacationing with her family across the world, or preparing for Halloween.
